How the Telmetrics Integration With DCM Works

When you integrate Telmetrics with your DoubleClick Campaign Manager account, you can view your call and text conversion data alongside your click-through conversions in DCM.

It works as follows: when a consumer clicks on an advertisement it redirects them to an advertiser’s website where the Telmetrics DNI JavaScript has been deployed.   When the consumer arrives on advertiser’s website we will:

  • create a DNI session and perform number replacement (if the website visit matches the configured DNI rules)
  • capture landing page URL parameters (Google Click id – gclid, DoubleClick Id – dcid, UTM source/keyword/content/campaign, etc.)
