From a single phone number you can use Intelligent Call Routing to forward inbound leads to specific agents, departments or locations based on criteria you set, including:

  • The nature of the inquiry – request for information, make or confirm an appointment, make or confirm an order for products or services

Types of Call Routing

Caller Segmentation – Through an automated message the caller is asked to indicate their preferred service options by pressing up to nine designated keypad numbers. The call is then routed to the appropriate agent/department based on caller preferences and the keypad data is recorded for future use.

Geo-based Routing – Calls are automatically routed to the appropriate location based on the NPA or NPA/NXX of the incoming phone number. The appropriate location is determined in real time by matching the incoming number with field office, call center or franchise territory data.
